Almost Famous - Original Soundtrack

ALBUM: Almost Famous - Original Soundtrack
LABEL: DreamWorks Records
RELEASED: 2000

Anyone who grew up in the '70's and remembers lying on the shag carpet in your bedroom listening to your older brother's albums will enjoy this CD. Come to think of it, so will your older brother. The songs run from obvious choices that you can hear any day of the week on your local classic rock station (Elton John's "Tiny Dancer," The Allman Brother's "One Way Out") to some lesser-known gems (The Beach Boys "Feel Flows" and Todd Rundgren's "It Wouldn't Have Made Any Difference"). New material includes Nancy Wilson's "Lucky Trumble" and "Fever Dog," from the "band" featured in the film, Stillwater. See the movie...if you aren't immediately moved to go buy the soundtrack, you won't be.
